Senior Assistant Restaurant Manager

Compensation : $19.15 – $21.28 hourly. Commission potential varies by employment status: For exempt positions, $0.50 to $10.00 per Membership sold and $0.15 to $3.00 per Fun Pass sold; for non‑exempt $2.00 to $8.00 per Membership and $0.60 to $2.40 per Fun Pass. Payments are rendered bi‑weekly unless state law requires otherwise. Job Responsibilities Make daily decisions involving time management, staff scheduling, and support. Uphold product quality, cleanliness, and all Company standards. Build sales and maximize profits by recruiting, training, developing, and communicating Company and Guest expectations to the entire team. Coach, teach, and motivate team to maintain high‑quality Guest service and safety. Exercise business judgment in cost control procedures, financial accounting, inventory levels, and labor management. Skills We’re Looking For Coaching and Developing Others Demonstrates Ethics and Integrity Effective Communication Empowers Others Values Diversity Time and Priority Management Problem Solving and Decision Making Minimum Qualifications Must be at least 21 years of age or older (RVP approval may allow for hiring at the age permitted by local law for selling, ringing up, checking identification and serving alcohol). Must have a high‑school diploma or GED. College degree preferred. Minimum of two (2) years previous management experience preferably in the food service industry or a proven track record as a CEC Assistant Manager. Essential Job Functions & Work Environment Lift or carry objects weighing 0–50 pounds during scheduled shift. Stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk, and squat during scheduled shift. Work in an environment with flashing and flickering lights, moving mechanical parts, loud noise, and exposure to non‑weather related wet, humid, extreme heat and cold conditions.
