E-commerce Assistant (Part-Time)
Our E-commerce team manages multiple online sales channels, including Amazon, our company website, and eBay, offering a variety of products such as character plush, stationery, accessories, and lifestyle products.
We are currently looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Part-Time E-commerce Assistant to join our team.
Location
Pico Rivera, CA
- Near the 5 & 605 Freeways
- Conveniently located near Downey, Norwalk, and Commerce
Work Schedule
- 3–4 days per week / 24–32 hours per week
- 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- 30-minute lunch break
- Consecutive workdays are preferred rather than alternating days.
- Examples: Monday–Wednesday / Wednesday–Friday / Tuesday–Thursday
Pay
$22–$23 per hour
Pay may be negotiable depending on experience and qualifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Upload and manage product listings across online sales channels
- Organize, review, and update product information
- Write and edit product descriptions and ALT text
- Conduct product research and organize related data
- Take product photos
- Assist with other E-commerce-related tasks as needed
The work itself is not highly complex, but many of the tasks require attention to detail, accuracy, and consistency.
Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
- Korean language proficiency for product research purposes
- Comfortable reading and writing in English
- Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable
- Interest in E-commerce and willingness to learn
