You will use your clinical expertise, but also your heart. Responsibilities Complete annual nursing assessments for each residential individual. Conduct quarterly choking assessments for each individual in day‑only and residential programs identified as high risk. Review all dietary changes for day‑only and residential programs. Conduct specialized training for new hire orientations and ongoing as needed. Review medication charts, labs and medication counts to ensure accuracy within the group home. Assist group homes with primary care physician or other doctors as needed. Review charts to ensure all required documentation has been received. Qualifications Active RN license in New Jersey. One year of nursing experience preferred; new graduates will also be considered. Previous professional experience in a behavioral healthcare setting preferred. Passion for working with adults with developmental disabilities or willingness to learn. Strong assessment and critical‑thinking skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
