Customer Relations Specialist – Bilingual (Nashville, TN) The Customer Service Agent role receives, understands, routes, and handles customer requests via multiple contact channels, serving as the single point of contact between the customer and the organization. Responsibilities Take inbound customer service calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to dental professionals’ questions and concerns. Determine customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions. Multitask while engaging with customers on the phone using resources and tools to drive a one‑call resolution. Enter orders accurately and efficiently using the order entry tool and applications. Upsell and cross‑sell products as appropriate. Process warranties, exchanges, and returns in a timely manner. Process account payments, including credit and debit memo submissions. De‑escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering assistance and support toward an acceptable resolution through effective questioning and troubleshooting. Nurture and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers to drive Net Promoters and referrals. Qualifications No prior experience required; customer service experience handling high‑volume calls and resolving issues is preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office; SAP and SFDC knowledge is a plus. High School Diploma or vocational certification required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Bilingual in Spanish and English mandatory. Mandates & Physical, Cognitive, and Environmental Requirements Must be able to successfully perform required responsibilities with or without accommodation. Compensation and Benefits Hourly pay range: $20.00–$31.00 per hour, depending on experience and location. Potential additional compensation such as annual incentive bonus, sales commission, or long‑term incentives may be offered. Eligible for comprehensive benefits, including PTO, 401(k) (up to 7% match), HSA with company contribution, stock purchase plan, education reimbursement, and more. Work Environment The role is office‑based and requires a full‑time presence in the company’s facilities at least three days per week. Location and Work Authorization Must reside in or within commuting distance to Nashville, TN. US work authorization required; sponsorship for a work‑authorized visa is not provided. Company relocation benefits will not be provided.
