·       Knowledge of full accounting month end close reporting process in accordance with GAAP procedures.

·       Generate Monthly WIP report and associated entries/adjustments/accruals.

·       Manage/Oversight of Accounts including line of credit, payroll, payables, receivables, banking accounts, and suppliers.

·       Monitor bank accounts daily, approve/disapprove automated payments and deposits. Ensure accuracy of credits and debits as well as reconciliation of accounts monthly.

·       Manage/track all fixed asset purchases/disposals.

·       Manage company insurance policies along with prepaid expenses for (GL/Umbrella/Auto, etc.)

·       Oversee company tax reporting (W-2, 1099, 941, Sales Tax, Franchise Tax, etc.)

·       Oversee administrative team of 4 (AR/AP/Payroll, etc.)

·       Tracking of Accounts Receivable lien notices, bond claims, lien waivers.

·       Oversight and management of certified payrolls for prevailing wage projects associated with LCP Tracker (TxDOT), AASHTOWare (LADOTD), EMARS, InSight.

·       HR Onboarding: Oversight of new employee records, setup, maintenance, and associated onboarding as well as management of all personnel records.

·       Reconcile discrepancies or error in daily reports, payroll, timecards with OPS   team.

·       Oversight of weekly payroll processing and weekly record keeping as well as child support record keeping and payments.

·       Assist with management and oversight of inventories, out of town expenses, hotels, and associated operation activities.

·       Prepare reporting packages and cash flow analyses for the executive managers.

·       Provide interface with medical and dental/eye personnel – phone calls, email, and record keeping for early renewal.

·       Other associated responsibilities as required for the position.

Desired Skills

• MUST have a minimum of 5-years of Commercial Construction experience!
  • Ability to work on cloud-based systems -Computer Ease, Excel, Word, Power Point
