Integrative Clinical TherapistThe Integrative Clinical Therapist provides high-quality, evidence-based clinical services to residents and is a core member of the resident's recovery team. The Therapist works closely with the other therapists, Clinical Director, Psychiatrist, and Nursing/Wellness teams to ensure whole-person integrative care.Location: Asheville, NCBenefits:PTO/Sick Time accrual from first dayMedical/Dental/Vision benefitsCompany-Funded Life InsuranceRetirement Plan with company matchFree Meals on shift$1000 per year CEU training budgetPSFL-qualifying work placeSchedule: Monday – Friday 8 – 5 pmPay:Starting at $60,610 per year Associate licensed and increases based on experienceStarting at $64,200 per year fully licensed and increases based on experienceOn-Call rotation is paid in addition to the salaryResponsibilities:Works from a relationship-oriented and strength-based approach utilizing evidence-based modalitiesLeads residents through the development and implementation of individualized, goal-focused recovery planProvides individualized psychotherapy for residents and includes family members or other support person(s)Creates curriculum, implements, facilitates, and documents group psychotherapyCompletes appropriate assessments as indicatedStrong collaboration with direct care staff to include psychiatry, nursing, and residential staffProvide crisis support and share on-call coverage rotationComplete timely documentationOffer training and informal guidance to staff membersQualifications:Current NC license as LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT, & associate licenses only considered with experiencePsy.D or Ph.D. degree in clinical psychology or counselingAt least of 1 year of experience in psychotherapy or other clinical servicesExperience working in residential or inpatient settingsCooperRiis is an equal opportunity employer.
