Hiring in Axis, AL Shift: 1st Monday - Friday 7AM - 7PM Pay: $20/ HR Job Title: Construction General Laborer Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Construction General Laborer to join our team. This role involves performing a variety of physical tasks to support construction projects, helping ensure work sites are safe, clean, and productive. No two days are the same, and this position offers a great opportunity to build hands-on experience in the construction industry.

• Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers, etc.) as needed
• Load and unload construction materials and equipment
• Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely
• Clean and prepare job sites, including removing debris and hazards
• Follow safety guidelines and company procedures at all times
• Set up and take down equipment and temporary structures (scaffolding, ladders, etc.)
• Support demolition, excavation, and general labor activities
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Axis, AL.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
