Outpatient Physical Therapist - Full Time Assignment Duration This is a 13-week contract position. Schedule Day shift, Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. No weekends or on-call required. Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical skills in evaluating and treating patients within an outpatient setting, providing high-quality care tailored to meet individual patient needs. Responsibilities Conduct patient evaluations to assess physical therapy needs. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Utilize evidence-based practices in the treatment of patients. Document patient care and progress accurately and promptly. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist. Current SC or Multistate Compact PT License required. BLS certification mandatory.
