NOW HIRING GROUP LEADERS FOR OUR NEW FALL SCHOOL YEAR IN WVA
Location(s): CW Shipley Elementary School, TA Lowery, Driswood and Page Jackson Elementary School
Pay: $15.00
Hours: Fall hours are Monday through Friday 6:15am-9am and 3:15pm-6pm

As an AlphaBEST Group Leader , you'll help shape meaningful before and after school moments that help kids learn, grow, and thrive.
We're looking for an early learning professional who:
- Enjoys working with children in a structured, high-energy environment
- Takes child safety seriously and follows procedures closely
- Is flexible, reliable, and ready to jump in wherever needed
In this role, you will:
- Lead a group of students through daily curriculum activities (World Languages, STEAM, Fitness, Maker, and Arts)
- Make child safety the top priority at all times
- Keep the space clean and organized
- Help create an environment where kids feel supported and included
- Build strong relationships with teammates, kids, families, and school staff
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- 6 months child care experience
- CPR and First Aid certification required
- Ability to work in a classroom setting with regular bending and lifting (up to 25 pounds)
