Machine Operator Food Manufacturing

Our client located in the city of Santa Ana is a growing leader in the food manufacturing industry, dedicated to producing high-quality products in a safe and efficient environment. We are currently seeking reliable and detail-oriented machine operators to join our production team.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor food manufacturing machinery according to safety and quality standards
• Set up machines before production and perform routine equipment checks
• Monitor the production line for issues and make adjustments as necessary
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area in accordance with GMPs and safety standards
• Accurately complete production logs and quality checks
• Report equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to the supervisor
• Follow all company policies, safety guidelines, and procedures

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in machine operation, preferably in food manufacturing or a similar industry
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math and mechanical skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and food safety practices
• Forklift certification a plus
