At Sky Zone Trampoline Park in Lima, we specialize in creating unforgettable experiences for families through freestyle bouncing, dodgeball, and fitness programs. If you’re passionate about delivering exceptional service and thrive in a fast-paced setting, we’d love to have you on board as our Operations Manager!
What You’ll DoAs the Operations Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our park runs smoothly and continues to be the go-to destination for fun and fitness. Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing daily operations to maintain a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment for guests and staff.
- Leading, mentoring, and motivating a team to deliver top-notch customer service.
- Managing schedules, inventory, and park resources to maximize efficiency.
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.
- Ensuring compliance with safety protocols and company policies.
- Collaborating with leadership to set goals and drive the park’s success.
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 2 years of experience in operations management, hospitality, or a related field.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- A customer-focused mindset with a passion for creating memorable experiences.
- The ability to adapt and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- A commitment to upholding safety and quality standards.
