Responsibilities
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments per care plans
- Monitor patient vitals and overall condition; document changes accurately
- Perform wound care, dressing changes, and routine nursing procedures
- Assist with activities of daily living and restorative nursing care
- Update care plans and communicate changes to the RN and multidisciplinary team
- Maintain compliant documentation and uphold safety, privacy, and infection control standards

Requirements
- Active LPN license (New Mexico) or eligibility to practice
- CPR/BLS certification
- Prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing settings preferred
- Ability to work 3x12 night shifts and participate in a travel assignment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to adapt to a skilled nursing setting in a travel assignment
