This is a Travel position. You must live more than 30 miles from the facility to be considered for this position.

Registered Nurse (RN) - Long Term Care Shift Details

• 3x12-hour shifts
• Days, Evenings, and Nights available
• Weekends, on-call, and holidays per unit need
• Location: Rochester, NY

Position Overview

• RN responsible for care of 20 residents in a long term care environment
• Ratio of 8-10 residents per LPN and 4-6 residents per CNA
• Resident population is geriatric long term care
• Wound care is included; no trach patients
• No acute care needs within the facility

Responsibilities

• Direct patient care for older adults in a long term care setting
• Patient assessments
• Documentation and implementation of the nursing plan of care
• Oversight of LPN and CNA colleagues
• Medication administration

Required Qualifications

• RN License - New York State license only
• Minimum two (2) years of experience in a long term care setting
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) only
