MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN WANTED!

Join Our Apartment Maintenance Team!

Pay: $15.00 per Hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Are you a hands-on problem solver who takes pride in keeping things running smoothly? We're looking for a Maintenance Technician to help maintain our apartment community and ensure residents love where they live!

✅ What You'll Do:

Complete apartment make-readies for new residents
Perform general apartment maintenance
Handle light plumbing repairs
Complete basic electrical work (ceiling fan replacements, adapter changes, etc.)
Paint apartments and common areas as needed
Patch and repair holes in walls
Assist with various maintenance projects around the property

What We're Looking For:

Minimum 1 year of maintenance experience
Basic knowledge of plumbing, painting, and electrical repairs
Reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
