RN - Cardiac Stepdown - Night Shift

Seeking a registered nurse to provide direct patient care in complex assessment and intervention settings, adhering to organizational policies and protocols. Key Responsibilities Include Gathering comprehensive patient data from patients, families, and healthcare providers. Analyzing assessment data to determine diagnoses or conditions. Collaborating with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to set optimal outcomes. Developing and implementing care plans using clinical judgment and evidence-based practices. Ensuring patient safety, coordinating care, and evaluating progress toward goals. Communicating effectively, contributing to quality improvement, and maintaining current knowledge. Applying age-specific and clinical needs in patient care, with alertness and safety mindfulness. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited nursing program or equivalent for licensing. Valid RN license in the relevant state, with additional certifications such as BLS and ALS or equivalent courses. Skills And Physical Requirements Excellent communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills. Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, lifting, and reaching. Frequent use of vision, hearing, and smell for patient monitoring. Additional Details Work in day shifts on a full-time basis.
