Summary The ideal candidate will have experience with a multitude of functions related to human resources, technical proficiency in automating HR-related data bases and organizational charts, and providing advisory services to managers and staff members. Learn more about this agency Duties Help What will I do in this position if hired? In this position, you will serve as a Program Specialist (Personnel Liaison). Typical assignments include:
- Providing human resources (HR) advisory services to managers and staff, providing recommendations and interpretation on HR policy and guidance.
- Having technical proficiency in building, maintaining, and reporting upon HR-related data analytics.
- Applying human resources concepts, laws, and regulations across the directorate.
- Providing a full ranges of services such as recruitment and personnel actions, awards, performance management, timekeeping, and position management.
- You must be a U.S. citizen to apply for this position.
- You must successfully pass a background investigation.
- Selective Service registration required.
- Current federal employees must meet time-in-grade requirements.
- You must be able to obtain and maintain a Government credit card.
- You must be able to deploy with little or no advance notice to anywhere in the United States and its territories for an extended period of time.

- Advising on or developing Human Resource strategies in accordance with the laws and regulations; AND
- Providing a full range of human resources related services such as recruitment, personnel actions and awards; AND
