What You'll Do

• General filing
• Utilize Docupace to preserve documents
• Maintain databases
• Adheres to all internal and external regulatory requirements, standards, guidelines, policies, and procedures, under the strictest confidentiality
• Create and maintain proper electronic documentation, ensure account paper files are in good order
• Work to transition older client records to electronic filing
• Other administrative tasks, as requested

Qualifications

• Superior verbal and written communication skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc)
• Ability to multitask, follow instructions and have keen attention to detail
• Excellent teamwork skills
• Adheres to the highest ethical standards
• Exceptional client service skills
• Protects confidentiality

Compensation:

The estimated hourly rate for this role is $19.00 along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus. Actual pay rate may vary based on several factors, such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, and experience.
