Job Description:

• We are seeking a highly motivated Client Engagement Services Specialist to deliver exceptional service by connecting clients and internal stakeholders with the appropriate business and technology research experts.
• The candidate will be responsible for understanding client requirements, identifying relevant subject matter experts, coordinating research requests, and providing resources that help business leaders address critical business and technology challenges.
• The ideal candidate will have strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, business acumen, and excellent communication skills, along with a willingness to learn complex industry topics and deliver high-quality service to senior-level stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Understand client and internal stakeholder requirements and identify the most relevant research analysts or subject matter experts.
• Coordinate requests between clients, internal teams, and business and technology research analysts.
• Provide relevant research, insights, and resources to support business decision-making.
• Analyze client queries and determine the most effective approach to resolving complex business and technology-related challenges.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and research professionals.
• Read and interpret industry research to develop an understanding of emerging technologies, business trends, and industry-specific challenges.
• Deliver professional, executive-level customer service through timely and effective communication.
• Manage multiple requests simultaneously while maintaining accuracy, quality, and turnaround time.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client needs are addressed efficiently.
• Continuously develop business knowledge, technology awareness, and research coordination capabilities.

Experience:

• Entry-level to early-career candidates with relevant customer service or stakeholder management experience may be suitable.
• Experience in customer service, client engagement, research coordination, business operations, consulting support, or account management is preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in proactive problem-solving and handling complex requests.
• Experience communicating with internal stakeholders, clients, or senior professionals is advantageous.
• Ability to learn new concepts quickly and manage competing priorities effectively.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline is required.
• Equivalent relevant customer service experience may also be considered.
• Academic or professional exposure to business, technology, research, communications, or management will be advantageous.
