Join the Beating Heart Center as a CPR Instructor and play a vital role in empowering others to save lives. This position is ideal for outgoing individuals with a positive attitude who enjoy speaking to groups and want a meaningful job that creates real impact. Whether you are new to instruction or a certified instructor looking to renew, training and support are provided. A medical background is a plus but not required.

 

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver CPR training classes including Adult CPR, Pediatric CPR, BLS, and combination courses
• Assess students’ performance and provide constructive feedback
• Demonstrate CPR techniques and use of AEDs effectively
• Support instructional activities and maintain engagement during sessions
• Manage course materials and ensure training resources are ready
• Speak confidently in front of audiences to motivate and educate

 

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in CPR instruction or related teaching roles
• CPR Instructor certification or willingness to obtain
• First Aid certification and knowledge of first aid techniques
• Proficiency in CPR techniques and AED usage
• Strong public speaking and instructional skills
• Excellent interpersonal communication abilities
