My client is a full-service commercial construction firm offering development, preconstruction, and project delivery services, including design-build capabilities. Job Description
- Quality control and quality assurance checks on site
- RFI and submittal support
- Material procurement and coordination support
- Field documentation and reporting
- Basic surveying/layout documentation
- Support site Superintendents and Project Management staff on projects
The Successful Applicant
- Comfortable being on site daily supporting active jobs.
- Previous experience with light commercial/industrial projects is a plus.
- TI project experience
- Experience with RFIs, submittals, change orders, material procurement, and surveying
- Experience with field documentation preferred
- Experience with construction related software - Procore preferred
