You'll cover cases, educate staff, and partner with the territory Account Executive to grow an established business. Base ~$60k + uncapped commissions (OTE ~$120k) $500/month vehicle allowance via Modus + corporate card Travel ~50% (~12 overnights/week) Promotion track: Typically 12 years to Territory Manager, earning $200k$350k+. Must-have profile Currently in an associate or clinical role at a medical device manufacturer OR 1+ year in a clinical environment plus sales experience; comfort in procedures and patient-sensitive settings. Strong communication, resilience, and a growth mindset. Location & travel Home base: Pittsburgh, PA (territory extends roughly toward Buffalo). Travel ~50% with ~12 overnights/week.
