Material Mixer – 2nd Shift (Clinton, IL) Our client, Tekni-Plex, is hiring a Material Mixer to join their team in Clinton, IL. This position is a 2nd shift role schedule Monday – Friday (4:00 PM – 12:00 AM). Pay rate is $18.25 plus $1.00 per hour shift differential. Benefits Weekly Pay Health Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Paid Time Off Retirement Packages Responsibilities Trained as an Authorized Employee in Lock‑out/Tag‑out (LOTO) and follow all LOTO rules and regulations. Check all work orders/specification sheets for specific work instructions. Produce accurate mixes for each extrusion line. Accurately complete all paperwork as required by ISO, GMP, HACCP. Operate railcar unloading system. Produce labels for material bins, gaylords, and cartons, ensuring accuracy of labels and contents. Assign lot numbers according to the ISO procedure. Operate all color feeders. Ensure all materials are covered/protected. Accurately prepare daily mix logs. Operate and be trained to use powered industrial vehicles: forklifts and electric pallet jacks. Operate material grinding systems. Add, subtract and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, fractions and decimals. Compute rates, ratios and percentages for practical situations. Qualifications Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment highly preferred. Experience working in a fast‑paced environment. Follow all safe work practices.
