Plaintiff Medical Malpractice Litigation AttorneyAbout the Role

A well-established law firm is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Plaintiff Medical Malpractice Litigation Attorney to join its medical malpractice team.

In this role, you will lead medical malpractice and other complex litigation matters, handling cases from preparation through trial and providing vigorous representation for plaintiffs. The ideal candidate will have substantial medical malpractice litigation experience, strong courtroom skills, and the ability to effectively evaluate complex medical records and expert testimony.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead plaintiff-side medical malpractice and complex litigation matters.

• Prepare cases thoroughly for litigation and trial.

• Represent clients in court and provide strong advocacy throughout the litigation process.

• Evaluate medical records, expert reports, and testimony.

• Conduct advanced legal research and prepare high-quality legal documents and briefs.

• Develop case strategy and work effectively with experts, clients, and other legal professionals.

• Handle significant litigation responsibilities with a high degree of independence.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of medical malpractice litigation experience , preferably on the plaintiff side.

• Significant experience handling and successfully trying cases before a jury.

• Active and in good standing with both the Pennsylvania and New Jersey Bars .

• Strong courtroom presence and trial advocacy skills.

• Excellent legal research and writing abilities.

• Proven ability to analyze medical records and evaluate expert testimony.

• Strong case management, analytical, and communication skills.

Compensation

$175,000-$200,000 per year , depending on experience and qualifications.
