Option Care Health is the nation's largest home infusion provider, dedicated to easing patient transitions to our home care services. The Specialist, Patient Registration helps coordinate onboarding with the sales team, ensuring a smooth transition for patients and referral partners to home/AIS. You’ll handle referrals, documentation, and upfront payment support.
