Delivery and Operations Product Lead - Global Patient Safety

Responsibilities

Lead implementation, support, and improvements for Global Patient Safety technology products
Intake, prioritize, and validate business requirements in coordination with business partners
Own end-to-end automated reporting solutions with quality, compliance, and standardization oversight
Manage steering committees, change requests, issue tracking, and release management activities
Track quantifiable value delivered and prepare consolidated operational reports on savings

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in related field
10+ years relevant experience including Global Patient Safety technology product ownership
End-to-end GxP implementation experience from requirements through IQ/PQ execution
ITIL v3x and IT Service Management Framework knowledge
Software Development Life Cycle and agile methodologies proficiency (Jira, Confluence)
Team leadership and mentoring experience with direct reports
Pharmaceutical Global Development business knowledge and process understanding
