General Laborer

Now Hiring: Full-Time General Laborers! Location: Manchester, NH | Pay: $18.00 - $21.00/hour | Benefits & Perks: Health insurance, dental (available after 60 days), accrued vacation time (after 90 days), a 401(k) (after 1 year), and flexible hours in the winter months with work available during all seasons We're Giant Landscaping, and we're looking for active, hands‑on people to support our landscaping team in completing all kinds of outdoor work. This is an entry‑level role, so as long as you're committed to showing up and giving your best every day, then we can help you learn the rest! What You'll Bring: Ability to show up to work on time and follow directions from leadership Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs., work outdoors, and work on your feet for extended periods Reliable work ethic, a coachable attitude, and a collaborative team spirit What You'll Be Doing: Our General Laborers work with the landscaping team to complete various entry‑level tasks, giving you the chance to learn from more experienced professionals while gaining hands‑on work experience. You'll be working outdoors, including during the winter, to help crews do a great job for customers. Depending on the job and season, you could be raking soil, installing plants/shrubs, pruning and trimming plants, blowing leaves, shoveling snow, plowing areas, and more.
