Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Qualifications Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active West Virginia Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment. Home health experience required. Experience using home care documentation software preferred. Ability to perform comprehensive PT evaluations, establish measurable goals, develop and modify treatment plans, and document according to facility, payer, and regulatory requirements. Experience supervising PT assistants and aides in accordance with state practice act preferred. Job Details Facility Type: Home Health. Shift: Days. Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM. Job Type: Travel contract. County coverage area includes Monongalia, Preston, Wetzel, Tucker, and Grant counties. No on-call or weekend requirements.
