Apply today!This client specializes in blending/mixing liquid for ready mix concrete.Elwood Staffing associates are eligible for a comprehensive and competitive benefits package plus an exclusive savings program, including:Medical/Vision/Dental/Rx plansHoliday PayTeladoc (online care)Referral Bonus IncentiveWeekly Pay401kAnd More!Production Tech Details:Temp-to-Hire position$ 18.00 to $ 18.50 / hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 03:30pm)Follow detailed instructions to accurately measure and mix chemical materialsHandle and lift up to 50 lbs. regularly while adding materials into industrial mixersFill pails, barrels, and tankers with finished liquid productsOperate valves and pumps to control product flow and ensure accurate quantitiesPerform basic data entry to track production, materials, and batch informationConduct quality control testing in a lab setting to ensure products meet safety and performance standardsLoad, unload, and clean tankers using hoses and proper proceduresOccasionally operate a sit-down forklift to move materials and assist with unloading deliveries (minimal part of role)Production Tech Qualifications:Prior forklift experience required (limited daily use)Ability to lift 50 lbs consistently throughout shift-Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructionsComfortable working both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditionsBasic computer skills for data entry and production tracking-Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on production environmentApplicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
