OUTPATIENT DIETITIAN - HRLY

We are hiring an Outpatient HRLY Dietitian position at Morrison Health, Baptist Memphis Hospital in TN. Location: Baptist Memphis Hospital, TN. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8‑24 hours per week (no weekends). Registered with the Commission on Dietetic Registration. Specialty certification in CDCES, CEDRD, CHES or CSO preferred; able to obtain within one year of hire. Pay: $35–$40 per hour. Job Summary Make a real impact as a Clinical Dietitian—providing medical nutrition therapy and education in an acute‑care setting while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes through evidence‑based nutrition care. What You’ll Do Perform comprehensive nutritional assessments and develop individualized care plans to promote recovery and improve health outcomes. Provide guidance on nutrition and lifestyle strategies to support sustainable, long‑term wellness to patients, families, staff and the community. Apply the latest research in alignment with diet manuals, company policies and facility protocols to ensure high‑quality, consistent care. Contribute to QAPI initiatives aimed at advancing patient care and clinical excellence. Partner with the food service management team to help achieve patient satisfaction and service goals. Support the growth of staff and dietetic interns through education and training as applicable. What We’re Looking For Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) or CDR exam‑eligible. Licensed Dietitian (or willing to obtain) in the state of practice as applicable. Healthcare experience preferred—new graduates with strong clinical training are encouraged to apply.
