As a Dietician Tech, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional care to our residents by assisting the dietitian in planning, preparing, and serving nutritious meals. Responsibilities:

• Assist dietitian in planning, preparing, and serving meals that meet the dietary needs of our residents

• Maintain accurate records and documentation of meal preparation, consumption, and special requests

• Participate in menu planning and meal planning to ensure variety and nutritional balance

• Prepare and serve snacks and special treats as needed

• Assist with food inventory management and ordering

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Provide excellent customer service to residents, families, and staff members

Requirements:

• Associate's degree in Diet Technology or related field

• 1 year of experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting

• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation principles
