Senior Project Manager

In this Senior Project Manager role in Endicott, NY, you will help drive critical infrastructure and utility plant improvements across a “city within a city” environment. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Project Managerposition include: 7+ years of project management experience in utilities, facilities, or industrial infrastructure, including successful delivery of large capital projects. Strong central utility plant knowledge, including steam, chilled water, compressed air, and related infrastructure. Proven track record managing vendors and contractors, including bidding, selection, negotiations, and contract compliance. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred) and PMP or equivalent project management credential. Manage infrastructure projects from planning and design through construction and commissioning. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reporting to ensure accountability and transparency. Collaborate with engineering, facilities, operations, and tenant stakeholders to align projects with campus needs and long-term master planning. Ensure safety, compliance, and quality while identifying risks, resolving challenges, and supporting long-range infrastructure development strategies. Salary: $100,000 - $135,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
