Alembic Therapeutics, in partnership with ImpactBio, is launching Pivya, an FDA-approved oral antibiotic for uncomplicated urinary tract infections (uUTIs). With over 40 years of success in Sweden, Pivya is now entering the U.S. marketand we're building a high-performance sales team to support this launch.

As a part-time Territory Sales Representative (3 days per week), you don't need prior pharmaceutical sales experiencewe're looking for motivated, coachable individuals who are eager to learn, follow a proven sales model, and break into the industry. This role offers a structured, field-based schedule and is designed for high-potential candidates who want hands-on experience and a clear path into full-time pharmaceutical sales.

High performers who demonstrate strong sales results and consistent execution will have the opportunity to earn their way into a full-time role.

This role is with ImpactBio, a premier commercial partner in Life Sciences, with the potential to expand into a full-time opportunity or transition to Alembic Therapeutics based on strong performance.

This is more than a part-time jobit's a strategic entry point into pharmaceutical sales.

You'll gain real-world experience during a national product launch while developing the core skills needed to succeed in the industry within a defined, performance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote Pivya to healthcare providers within your assigned territory
• Learn and execute a structured sales process and messaging strategy
• Build relationships with physicians, nurses, and office staff
• Apply training and coaching consistently in the field
• Execute a focused territory plan within assigned workdays
• Provide timely updates, insights, and field feedback to leadership
• Maintain full compliance with all company and industry regulations

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree required
• 13 years of experience meeting or exceeding goals/metrics (some sales experience would be helpful, B2B sales, Pharma sales, outside sales, customer facing)
• Strong interest in breaking into pharmaceutical or healthcare sales
• Proven work ethic and demonstrated a track record of going above and beyond to succeed
• Coachabilitysomeone who takes direction well and applies feedback quickly
• Highly motivated, organized, and accountable
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently while following a defined sales plan
• Willingness to travel within territory during assigned workdays
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Pharmaceutical experience is not requireddrive, attitude, and willingness to learn are.
