Supervisor Customer Service

Make a difference. As a Supervisor Customer Service, you will oversee a team to ensure our customers are receiving the best service possible. In this role you will: Supervise a customer service department, including assigning and reviewing the work of others Establish department work procedures, prepare schedules, and expedite workflow of purchase orders Train and develop employees Ensure every customer experience is top notch in quality Collaborate with branch team to grow sales Recommend transfers, promotions, increases, and terminations What you bring to the table: Strong communication skills A passion for customer service Supervisory and leadership skills Ability to handle a variety of customer situations with enthusiasm and tact 2+ years experience preferred 2 year or 4 year degree preferred Compensation Details: The expected base salary for this position is starting at $85,000 annually depending on experience. This position is also bonus eligible - based on specific and relevant business metrics.
