Business Manager - Supply Strategy & Intelligence Capital One Travel is expanding. We are currently hiring a Business Manager to join the data‑driven strategy for identifying, evaluating, and acquiring high‑quality vacation rental inventory for Capital One Travel. You will build AI‑powered orchestration workflows that identify supply gaps, find target properties, and automate outreach to property owners/managers — passing qualified leads to the Business Development team. In this role, you will: Define and measure good enough inventory — create the metrics framework for supply quality by market. Analyze where customers are searching but we are not returning good enough inventory. Build a competitive intelligence pipeline using third‑party benchmarking platforms and public short‑term rental market data to identify specific missing properties. Build AI orchestration workflows that find owner/PM contact info, verify connectivity, auto‑pitch via outreach, and pass warm leads to Business Development. Own the supply gap analysis and prioritization of markets/properties to target. Partner with Business Development/Account Management to ensure lead quality and handoff efficiency. Basic Qualifications: At least 3 years of professional experience performing analysis. Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date: A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer engineering, Software engineering, Mechanical engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field). A Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration. Preferred Qualifications: Master’s Degree in Business or quantitative field such as Finance, Economics, Physical Sciences, Math, Statistics, Engineering. 5+ years of experience in analysis. 2+ years of experience in financial services.

Capital One will consider sponsoring a new qualified applicant for employment authorization for this position. McLean, VA: $164,800 - $188,100 for Business Manager. New York, NY: $179,700 - $205,100 for Business Manager. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter. This role is also eligible to earn performance‑based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long‑term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non‑discretionary depending on the plan.
