Facilities Maintenance Technician Level 1 The Facilities Maintenance Technician Level 1 is responsible for the maintenance of commercial buildings, public areas, and amenities, including setting up rooms and facilities for public events, entertainment and daily activities. This is a visible position within the community requiring the utmost awareness of how actions and communication are perceived.
