Tier 1 IT Service Desk Specialist - TS/SCI

hackajob is collaborating with MANTECH to find a motivated Service Desk Specialist for their team in Chantilly, VA. This role involves managing IT service requests, incidents, and providing troubleshooting assistance at the desktop level for various IT systems. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree, a Security+ certification, and strong communication skills. A current Top Secret/SCI clearance is also required.
