Start working quickly in a hands-on role inside an Amazon fulfillment center. This Go to Work position is ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, supporting technical teams, and contributing to a major automation project. You'll be part of the final testing phase before the facility goes live, helping ensure new systems run smoothly and safely.

Position Overview

We are hiring Quality Technician Laborers to support the final phase of automated system installation inside Amazon fulfillment centers. As engineers and project managers test newly installed conveyor and tote-handling systems, laborers help keep test cycles running by loading totes/boxes onto the system at designated points and removing them at others. This ensures all equipment is functioning properly before the facility opens.

Key Responsibilities

• System Testing Support Load and offload totes/boxes during test cycles.
• Material Handling Move, stage, and organize test materials.
• Downtime Readiness Stay prepared between test runs and respond quickly when testing resumes.
• General Labor Assist with loading/unloading trucks, moving equipment, and supporting project teams.
• Worksite Cleanliness Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment.
• Safety Compliance Follow all Dematic and Amazon safety procedures and PPE requirements.

Physical Requirements

• Standing 8 Hours Ability to stand and move throughout the shift.
• Lifting & Movement Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Repetitive Motion Frequent bending, reaching, and handling of materials.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
