Key Responsibilities Perform TIG welding on structural, mechanical, and custom‑fabricated components Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and technical drawings Weld components used in industrial systems such as conveyors, structural assemblies, and equipment frames Ensure all welds meet quality, safety, and project specifications Grind, clean, and finish welds to meet production and inspection standards Assist with fit‑up, layout, and assembly of fabricated components Maintain welding equipment and ensure proper setup for each job Follow strict safety protocols in a production and construction environment Collaborate with fabrication, installation, and engineering teams to meet deadlines Qualifications TIG welding experience required (industrial or fabrication environment strongly preferred) Ability to read and work from complex technical drawings Experience working with stainless steel, aluminum, and/or structural metals Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high‑quality work Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods Familiarity with a production or heavy industrial environment is a plus High school diploma or GED preferred Work Environment Industrial shop setting supporting large‑scale fabrication and system builds Team‑oriented environment with a strong emphasis on safety and quality Opportunity to work on complex, high‑impact industrial projects Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Aurora, CO.
