Key responsibilities Design and develop a multi-module learning series for IT Support and Data Analytics, incorporating AI tools and real-world scenarios Script and record instructional videos demonstrating the use of AI tools in practical applications Create hands-on workshops and performance-based assessments to validate learner competency across both domains Required qualifications 2-5 years of experience in IT Support and Data Analytics roles Proficiency in applying AI tools like ChatGPT to technical tasks 1-3 years of experience in instructional design or technical content creation Strong understanding of data analytics fundamentals and OS troubleshooting Familiarity with basic scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, or Python
