This role supports the service shop with vehicle transporting, shop cleanliness, and parts pick-up/delivery. Pay & Schedule Pay: $18.00-$22.00/hr (based on experience) Pay Frequency: Weekly pay – every Friday Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm Benefits Weekly Pay – Reliable paycheck every Friday Benefits Start Fast – Medical, dental, vision within 30 days 401(k) Match – Plan for your future Paid Time Off – Vacation, holidays, and sick time Boot Allowance & Safety Gear Reimbursement Training Through Amerit University ASE Certification Reimbursement & Bonuses Employee Referral Bonuses (Up to $500) Career Advancement Opportunities Nationwide What You’ll Do Transport vehicles and complete pre/post-trip inspections Fuel fleet vehicles and complete daily fueling logs Replenish fuel, grease, fluids (oil, water, washer fluid), and tire air as needed Manage parts inventory and handle parts pick-up/delivery Perform light maintenance and maintain shop cleanliness Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies Qualifications Required 1–2 years in an automotive repair environment in a support role Valid driver’s license Able to operate a manual transmission vehicle to verify proper operation Basic written and verbal communication skills Preferred Mechanical aptitude Working Conditions This role involves working in a mobile, outside and/or shop environment with exposure to dust, diesel fumes, noise, and mechanical materials such as oils and greases. Technicians must be able to perform essential job functions that include frequent movement such as standing, walking, climbing, bending, and sitting for extended periods, as well as lifting heavy objects and accessing tight or confined spaces. This position requires regular use of hands to grasp, reach, handle, and operate tools and equipment. Technicians may be required to work at heights using ladders or elevated platforms and must be able to safely perform duties in various weather conditions. Due to the active work environment and movement of large vehicles, the ability to see and hear sufficiently to safely navigate the workspace is required.
