may supervise 12 team members on projects Communicate project status clearly and consistently with the Project Manager Participate in office design charrettes and professional activities Requirements Professional degree in Architecture or equivalent demonstrated proficiency Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural production and document coordination across all phases Advanced proficiency in Revit on an enterprise platform including file setup modeling coordination and troubleshooting Proficiency in Rhino Enscape and CAD based documentation tools Strong understanding of construction documents specifications and building systems Demonstrated knowledge of applicable building codes and ability to perform independent code analysis Ability to coordinate effectively with consultants agencies and internal teams Strong written and verbal communication skills Demonstrated judgment decision making skills and willingness to take responsibility Familiarity with and adherence to firm procedures standards and documentation protocols The salary range for this position is 65591 98550 annually The actual offered salary for this position will vary depending on multiple factors including the candidates qualification education position knowledge work experience skills ability work location and internal incumbent compensation for similar roles We do not anticipate individuals hired into this position will start at or near the top half of the range listed;
