What We Need We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our HNI Workplace Furnishings team. As a Marketing Specialist, you will plan and execute projects to deliver breakthrough business processes and technology solutions in alignment with corporate strategies. This role encompasses all aspects of a project which may include defining the scope, developing/managing the project schedule, assigning and working on tasks, risk mitigation, ensuring quality through testing criteria and accepting accountability for results. What You Will Do Manage all aspects of assigned projects including budget, timeline, risk management, deliverables, quality, and change control. Act as a liaison between requestors and creative/brand marketing team to understand project requirements. Provide structure to ensure project objectives are achieved from both a creative and business perspective. Build relationships with internal clients and external partners to deliver projects that are on-brand and on-time. Develop contingency plans to ensure projects are successfully delivered in the instance of unexpected challenges or to meet changing project needs. Build upon established processes to improve project workflow and communication. Track and report metrics of creative team’s progress and work output. Develop insight and recommendations that will deliver results and create efficiency. Participate in activities as appropriate to ensure the success of the organization. What You Have Bachelor’s degree in communication, marketing, journalism, creative writing, or business preferred. One year of related experience is preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
