Job Title: Leasing Agent
Hourly Salary: $ 19.00 - $20.00

Schedule: Part Time - 16 hours per week - Mondays and Tuesdays

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Self Storage Leasing Agent who enjoys helping customers while supporting daily facility operations. The ideal candidate is organized, sales-minded, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional customer service and creating positive customer experiences.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Answer phones and email.
• Maintain cleanliness and tour path
• Know your occupancy, available inventory, and which unit can be toured.
• Prepare leasing agreements, review with new residents, and ensure complete and accurate lease files

Qualifications 

• High School education or equivalent
• Able to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
• You have previous clerical/administrative experience and experience with office computers and software
• Able to speak to residents and maintain good working relations with other team members and any contract laborers working on the property
