Occupational Therapist (OTR)
Full-Time Day. PRN/Per Diem
Job Summary:
Aspire Senior Living Joplin is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OTR) to join our team in Joplin, Missouri! Our mission is to enhance the lives of everyone we touch, and we're looking for a talented professional to help us achieve this goal. As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents by providing high-quality occupational therapy services.
Responsibilities:
Conduct occupational therapy evaluations, assessments, and treatments for residents in our senior living community
Develop and implement personalized therapy plans to help residents achieve their goals and regain independence
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident progress and treatment plans
Participate in in-service training and educational programs to stay current with industry developments and best practices
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy (OT) from an accredited program
Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OTR) in the state of Missouri
