Project Manager, Property ManagementWhat this job involves:As a Project Manager at JLL, you will support the execution of construction projects from initiation through completion, working closely with senior team members to help achieve project goals. You will play a key role in fostering a collaborative and organized project environment, and will assist in coordinating stakeholders, tracking project progress, and ensuring alignment with client objectives. This role offers the opportunity to build a strong foundation in project management while contributing to successful project delivery.What your day-to-day will look like:Support the delivery of strategic solutions for clientsCollaborate with internal teams and external partnersAssist in maintaining project schedules, budgets, and documentationContribute to a positive team environment and ongoing developmentLeverage technology and data to support project performanceUnder the Senior Director of Operation’s and Senior General Manager’s direction, supervise and direct contractors and monitor performanceParticipate in ongoing technical, safety, and operational process training programsRequired qualifications:Bachelor’s degree preferred in Design, Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management2+ years of related work experience in project coordination or construction-related rolesExposure to commercial office or retail construction projects is a plusTech-mined; Experience with Microsoft office (word, Outlook, Excel, Teams)Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. You should be comfortable interacting with team members, clients, and vendors, and eager to build professional relationships across all levels.Preferred qualifications:Professional certifications such as LEED GA, or equivalent industry credentialsStrong network of industry relationships and demonstrated thought leadership in real estateLocation: On site presence is requiredThis position does not provide visa sponsorship.
