Allied Universal is Currently Hiring a Part Time Security Officer for a Public Site in Boston, MA. Position Overview Monday - Thursday 4 PM - 12 AM. Starting Pay is $23.00 Per Hour. Paid Orientation. Job Schedule DayTimeMon 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM Tue 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM Wed 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM Thu 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM What'll You Do Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security‑related procedures, location‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, and communicate relevant details to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production, warehouse, loading dock, parking, and perimeter areas to help deter unwanted activity and report unusual conditions. Monitor access points, check credentials and/or visitor logs as directed, and document security‑related incidents, observations, and daily activities in accordance with site procedures. Support order at the location by following post instructions, observing equipment and restricted areas, and reporting maintenance, hazard, and/or policy concerns to the appropriate personnel. Minimum Requirements Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
