Caring Hub Specialist

Location- San Antonio, Texas Mon- Fri- MUST be able to come in office 1 day a week

We're looking for a Caring Hub Specialist to join our team! In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for families seeking care and for applicants interested in joining our team. Your kindness, professionalism, and communication skills will help create a positive first impression while connecting people with the support they need.

What You'll Do

• Answer incoming calls with professionalism and warmth.
• Respond quickly to client inquiries and job applicants by phone, text, email.
• Schedule Client Care Consultations (CCCs) and interviews.
• Enter and update information accurately in company software.
• Follow up with prospective clients and applicants.
• Communicate important information with branch staff.
• Help maintain reports and support daily team goals.

What We're Looking For

• Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and basic computer programs.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Active listening skills with a caring and empathetic approach.
• Ability to build rapport and make people feel comfortable.
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Comfortable typing and entering data accurately.
• Professional, positive, and dependable.

Work Environment

This position is primarily office-based and involves:

• Sitting and working at a computer for extended periods.
• Frequent phone conversations using a headset.
• Managing multiple priorities in a busy, high-volume environment.

Schedule

Availability is needed Monday through Friday between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM. Hours may vary, and future opportunities for evenings, weekends, or on-call shifts may be available. MUST be able to come in office 1 day a week.
