Dietary Supervisor
Green Meadows Rehabilitation and Nursing Center
Green Meadows Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is looking for an experienced Dietary Supervisor to help oversee the dietary department. This role is 11a-7pm. The Dietary Supervisor must be able to perform the job assignments of the dietary aide, cook, and dishwasher positions and is able to operate a variety of industrial kitchen equipment. The Dietary Supervisor trains and leads small groups of assistants in food preparation, serving and clean-up activities as needed. The Dietary Supervisor assists in managing and supervising the dietary staff at the facility. Provides leadership, support and guidance to ensure that food quality standards, inventory levels, food safety guidelines and customer service expectations are met.
Experience
Experience
- Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) or Certified Food Manager (CFM) participant or certification preferred (or as required by State & County law - see Certificates below.) Two years or more related experience.
