Traveling Chef
Location: Texas - USA
Schedule: 30 days on, 14 days off
Overtime Eligible
We are seeking an experienced and highly adaptable Traveling Chef to lead high-volume culinary operations serving between 300 and 3,000 guests daily for breakfast, lunch, and dinner . This hands-on leadership role is responsible for overseeing kitchen operations, food quality, staffing, production, sanitation, inventory, and overall culinary execution.
This position operates on a 30 days on / 14 days off rotation , with paid travel to and from the assigned site . Living quarters are provided while on assignment. This is an hourly management position and is overtime eligible .
The ideal candidate will have strong high-volume culinary experience, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to quickly adapt to new environments and teams. Candidates must be comfortable managing large-scale food production while maintaining consistent quality, safety, efficiency, and guest satisfaction.
