Location: Denver, Colorado (Onsite)

Role Overview

We are looking to add an IT Support Specialist to their team. This person will provide Tier 1 support to internal employees, helping resolve hardware, software, and account-related issues while delivering an excellent customer experience.

The role involves supporting Microsoft 365 environments, managing support tickets, assisting with employee onboarding and offboarding, troubleshooting day-to-day technical issues, and ensuring requests are resolved efficiently. You'll work directly with end users, communicate updates on open issues, and collaborate with teammates to escalate and resolve more complex problems when needed.

Top Skills & Experience

• Help Desk, Service Desk, or IT Support experience
• Experience with a ticketing system (Jira, ServiceNow, Zendesk, etc.)
• Microsoft 365 / Office 365 support
• User onboarding and offboarding
• Hardware and software troubleshooting
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
• Attention to detail and process-oriented mindset
• Azure experience is a plus
